Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on food items once they have been delivered.

This is in line with UK consumer regulations for perishable and hygiene-sensitive goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
